You Don’t Need
More Rules.
You Need Support That Fits Your Body.
Maybe birth control has been the primary way you’ve managed your symptoms, and now—as you think about future family planning —you want to understand what else may support your health.
Or if family planning isn’t on the horizon but you’re exhausted by the cycle of cutting foods, tracking everything, and wondering why your body still feels unpredictable
You deserve guidance that helps you understand the fuller picture without blaming your body or handing you another impossible plan to follow.
Does this sound familiar?
Your cycles feel irregular or unpredictable.
Constant fatigue or energy crashes make it difficult to feel consistent.
Cravings or stress-related eating leave you feeling out of control.
You’re frustrated by stubborn weight changes despite trying hard.
You’re thinking about future family planning and want to feel more prepared.
You’re tired of restrictive diets and starting over every Monday.
There is a more supportive way to care for your health.
A NEW NAME FOR PCOS
PCOS Is Now Called PMOS
In May 2026, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome was renamed Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome—or PMOS—to better reflect the condition’s broader hormonal and metabolic effects.
Because the transition is still new, you may continue to see both terms used. Carley provides support whether you know the condition as PCOS or PMOS.
NUTRITION THAT WORKS IN REAL LIFE
A Flexible Framework Instead of a Perfect Plan
You won’t receive an overwhelming 30-day meal plan or a long list of foods you’re never supposed to eat.
Instead, we’ll use a flexible meal-building framework grounded in nutrition science. You’ll learn how to create balanced, satisfying meals while paying attention to the patterns that influence your energy, cravings, cycles and overall well-being.

PERSONALIZED TO YOU
Support for the Symptoms Affecting Your Real Life
PCOS/PMOS can show up differently from one person to the next. Depending on your needs and goals, our work together may include:
Balanced meals + blood sugar support
Energy + afternoon crashes
Cravings + emotional or stress-related eating
Cycle + hormone-supportive nutrition
Sustainable weight + metabolic health
Stress, sleep + supportive routines
Moving beyond all-or-nothing thinking
Supplements + optional lab testing
Your recommendations will be shaped around your health history, symptoms, preferences and daily life—not a generic “PCOS diet.”
I've worked with many different health professionals, but Carley has easily been the best specialist I've worked with! She really listened to me & worked with me to find solutions to get to the root of the problem. I highly highly recommend Carley.
